The premium shell construction houses all of the rental space. The raised floors created as part of the basic specification to connect up individual workplaces also allow a flexible office layout.

Climate-controlled comfort throughout

The entire MainTower complex gets its heating supply from the City of Zurich district heating network. An eco-friendly thermally activated building system (TABS) is installed throughout the premises. The floors and ceilings act as energy stores, ensuring a pleasant indoor climate. The air conditioning system meets exacting standards and, coupled with the supply and exhaust air function of the double façade, ensures perfect climate control at low energy costs.

Motorbike parking

We rent out motorbike parking spaces on Basement Level 2 of the MainTower on Quadroplatz as required or by arrangement at a cost of CHF 45 per month, excl. VAT.

The minimum term is one year from the start of the rental period.
